Returns

All returns must be pre-approved. Please call the store at 1-800-779-7458 or go to "My Account > Completed Orders > Return Item(s)" for authorization. If the product is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part, we will send a return shipping label and replace the product free of charge or issue a refund.

All other returns must be within 30 days of the original purchase and must be in resellable condition. Please ship returns pre-paid to the address Below.

Sorry, Special Order products cannot be returned. This includes all products that ship directly from the manufacturer

Machinery is similar to a car in that once you drive it off the lot, it becomes "used machinery" and devalues significantly. Returns of machinery are only accepted in the case of a manufacturers defect.
