Description

The adjustable jaws allow you to re-chuck bowls for finishing the bottom or do light clean-up work on the foot of the bowl. To mount the bowl, the bowl is reversed and held by the rim, either internal or external, with 8 unique soft plastic stoppers, which are mounted on the face of the jaws.

The size of the jaw indicates the maximum diameter of the bowl that can be mounted on the jaw, for example a 285mm Bowl Jaw will hold a 285mm Bowl and so on.

    This VicMarc version of Cole Jaws are exceptional and offer the contoured rubber stock holders that are the best in this style of platter and bowl holders.
    I was introduced to these jaws by Glenn Lucas in his Study Center and I really came to appreciate the holding power of these jaws. They are superior to all round compression style holding mechanisms.
    Highly recommend!
