Shipping Policy

Our website pulls shipping prices directly from USPS published rates. Shipping will vary depending on destination and weight. If you would like a shipping estimate before going through the checkout process, just add the item(s) of interest to the shopping cart, then click "Add info" on the shipping line.

Shipping cost will always be calculated by weight. However, if USPS Priority Mail is chosen as a shipping method, and the items fit into a cheaper Flat Rate Box, the shipping amount will be reduced when the order is processed. Applies to domestic orders only. Learn More

We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind we are a small company.  In most cases, orders will ship out within 3-4 business days. We don't ship on Saturday or Sunday, so most orders placed on Friday and all orders placed on the weekend will be shipped as soon as possible the following week. Once shipped, USPS shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days, Deliveries to rural areas may take longer. International orders will vary depending on destination, but typically take 1-2 weeks via priority mail, and may take up to 3-4 weeks for First Class International. Please note that International shipments are not insured and will not be replaced if lost or damaged. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes charged by your country. Hazardous items cannot be shipped internationally.

Woodworkers Emporium cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event of a lost or damaged package we will assist you in any way we can, but we are not obligated to replace the merchandise unless the shipment is insured. Shipping insurance is available, but we have no way to offer it on the website at this point. You can call the store at 871-0722.  USPS shipments are insured up to $50 by default, anything over $50 will require additional insurance.

 

Shipping Notifications

We will send you notifications by email to keep you up-to-date the status of your package. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
