USPS Flat Rate
Our website pulls shipping prices directly from UPS and USPS published rates. Shipping cost will always be calculated by weight at checkout. However, heavy items (like woodturning chucks) can often be shipped in USPS Flat Rate Boxes, which can reduce the shipping cost significantly. If the items fit into a cheaper Flat Rate Box, the shipping amount will be amended when the order is processed. (United States Only)
*Please note, this only applies if USPS Priority Mail is chosen as the shipping method. If you are selecting USPS specifically for shipping cost reduction, and you're not certain the item will fit in a flat rate box, please write "ship cheapest way possible" in the comment box at checkout.
